The textile industry is China’s traditional industries. At present, thetextile industry occupies a large proportion of the national economy andindustrial structure, and China’s trade surplus mainly comes from this.With the accession to the WTO, China’s textile industry is in a boomingsituation. But generally speaking, the textile industry is in a situation ofthe capacity greater than the sales. In the face of fierce internationalcompetition, production information management is a strategic thinkingand effective technical means to improve the core competitiveness ofenterprises in the information age. Besides, it’s significant to Informationplatform for enterprise, standardize production management, integration ofvarious production resources and production data, improving productionand operational efficiency. This paper research for a horizontal cooperation projects with a textilefactorie of Qingdao, named with" The Modeling of MES in TextilePrinting and Dyeing Industry ", based on modern textile printing anddyeing production to study MES on the theory, key technologies, systemarchitecture and application software development and implementationThe main contents are as follows:(1) The first chapter begins with the overview of MES after illustratingthe background and significance of MES, the research status anddeveloping trend, especially in the textile printing and dyeing industry.Then introduce the necessity of the research. At last, discuss the aim andmain content of this dissertation.(2) Analysis of the textile business activities and use TFD to draw thetextile industry business process diagrams. Use Petri net to draw the yarnPetri net models and products Petri net models to analyze the relationshipbetween the elements of the production activities.(3) Towards production workshop processes in Textile Enterprise’s all stages, establish a functional information model of each stage, and useE-R to design the system’s conceptual model, then turn it to physicalmodel which is supported by DBMS. At last, determine the input designprinciples, the form of output design, and interface design principles.(4) Weaving Process Scheduling Method Based On ant colony.According to Make To Order (MTO), based on complicated workingsituation in producing department, design algorithm and validate it usingAnt Colony Algorithm (ACO).(5) In accordance with the software engineering concepts, use rapidprototyping and Object-oriented system development methods, based onB/S framework to develop the system.(6) Summarizes the main research results and content and puts forwardthe future research in this field.
