Along with the continuous development of China’s market economy, the electronic components industry has also made considerable progress. As the manufacturers of the electronic components industry, F Company is facing increasingly fierce market competition. To increase market share, using credit to the products has become the only path to success for F Company. The credit selling has played a good role in promotion for F Company to expand sales, reduce inventory, achieve the expected "book" profits. In a nut shell, the credit marketing has achieved good results. However, the credit behavior caused the increase in accounts receivab resulting the huge business risk."Triangular debts", the accounting crisis, bad debts may erode the capital of F Company at any time.Based on the above background, I selected F Company credit risk management as topics to solve the the credit risk management issues F Company facing of. Firstly, I introuced the literature, theory, and related industries. Next, I analysised the development, sales, credit management problems of the F Company, and put forward the entire credit management model. And then I introduced in detail the risk assessment before the credit transaction, the risk control in the transaction, and the accounts receivable management after the transaction.Based on the empirical research and theoretical analysis, I put forward the entire credit management model. By this managemengt system, I hoped to solve the accounts receivable probolems F Company facing now, to reduce the operational risks, to protect F Company the sustainable development At the same time, this study of credit risk management systems will have a great reference on solving accounts receivable probolems to other companies in the same industry.
