Perception of organizational politics refers to the members of the organization on the behavior of other individuals and groups in the organization in order to meet the self-interest of cognitive evaluation and subjective experience.This paper uses a questionnaire survey, mainly discuss transactional psychological contract and psychological contract perceptions of organizational politics and organizational social capital as mediating variables affect the path of psychological contract perceptions of organizational politics, the study results show that the transactional psychological contract and psychological contract can indeed affect the perception of organizational politics through organizational social capital, and provide the important value for future research and management practices.
