The Study Of The Sustainable Development Of Time-honored Firms Based On Strategic Entrepreneurship Perspective

The theory about strategically pioneering an enterprise(SE) which integrate strategy and entrepreneurship is benefit for firm to maximize corporate wealth. Strategic actions are help firms to develop and exploit current competitive advantage while entrepreneurial actions are to exploit opportunities for firms to create competitive advantage in the future. So Strategy Entrepreneurship which integrate the both is to find competitive advantage from strategy view and to find and create opportunities from entrepreneurship view. Only in this way,can firm adapt the dynamic environment.Many time-honored firms appeared on a series of operational difficulties, Hengyuanxiang and Tongrentang are famous traditional brand of China, develop quickly and get great success. First, on the basis of current researches, we have created the framework for the study on the SE,then using the method of a theory-driven case study, taking as the object for our research old firm called Hengyuanxiang and Tongrentang Group by digging out convincing facts related to our case study, we have tested and verified and developed the theoretic framework. After thorough researches, we have discovered that entrepreneur quality with dedicated and innovation is the basic impetus to the SE of clannish firms, by a series of behavior of SE such as the stablishment of external network, the strategic management of Human Resource, technical innovation and the internationalization-related development, keeping breaking through the existing shackles, at last get success in sustained growth.
