Grain yield in crop of Henan Province plays a decisive role in our country. Henan Province has the geographical advantage and developed transport network, which makes Henan Province has congenital benefit in the development of modern grain logistics. Henan Province must be aware of problems of the grain logistics development, and find the corresponding measures to promote the sustainable development of modern grain logistics in Henan Province.This paper introduces the connotation and significance of grain logistics, and then elaborates the present situation of grain logistics development in Henan, such as situation of production, production process, and the scale and direction of grain logistics. On the basic of analysis above, this paper aims to obtain existing problems and deficiencies of grain logistics development in Henan Province. Finally, with period in the above comprehensive analysis, put forward proposals and measures of great help for development of grain logistics in Henan Province.
