The Study On The Employment Problem For Rural Labours Of PhuNinh District-QuangNam Province In The Process Of Industrilization

Labor and employment are important activities by which human beings create material wealth and spiritual value for the society. In the process of industrialization, employment of workers is forever a core matter which bears not only economic meanings but also political significance. The11th Congress of Vietnam Communist Party has decided that "on the basis of investment in economic development, we should emphasize the reform of work organization to create more job opportunities for workers and especially for farmers".With the development of Vietnam social politics and economy, the problem of employment problem has come to the fore and employment of countryside farmers has become a problem that needs urgent resolution. Therefore, it is necessary that we should reconsider local employment problems and assess local economic development potentials and resource advantages so that we can effectively develop resources and guide placement of laborers.This thesis sets Guang-nan province and Fu-ning province as the specific example to explain generally the concepts of labor, placement and relative theories. Secondly, this thesis analyzes the influence of industrialization on placement of countryside laborers. Thirdly, this thesis analyzes the problems of placement of countryside laborers in Fu-ning province as well as their causes, and suggestions on solving these problems are put forward some policies.
