Research On The Core Competitiveness Of Qilu Bank

With China’s financial system reform gradually thorough, city commercial banks have achieved great success, has become an important component of China’s banking system. But at the same time, the exterior business environment where China’s banking industry existing has changed dramatically, the increasingly fierce competition in the banking sector, foreign banks speed up the pace of seizing the market. City Commercial Bank as the local joint-stock commercial banks, compared to other commercial banks, core business competitiveness difference becomes influence its future development restriction factor. Therefore, in the changing of external environment and the increasingly fierce international and domestic competition, how to establish competitive strategy, the use of external opportunity, play advantage resource, promote the core competition ability, including Qilu bank, every city commercial bank must solve the problem, is also the research purpose of this paper. This article through the SWOT analysis from the qualitative analysis of strategy of Qilu bank competitiveness, on the other hand try to quantitative analysis of city competitiveness, through to the commercial bank competitiveness evaluation index system, evaluation method and evaluation model comparison, the final choice of analytic hierarchy process (AHP)to the analysis of joint-stock commercial banks competitiveness competitive advantage. Then its concrete application to Qilu bank, estimates the real competitiveness evaluation. The available data as far as possible, the city will be the other commercial bank competitiveness index calculation, comparison and analysis, the bank on the market in Ji’nan and other commercial banks competitiveness difference comparison. Finally, according to the empirical research results of the assessment, analysis of its competitiveness low specific causes, combined with other banks at home and abroad to the successful operation experience, for improving the competitiveness of city commercial banks, especially the competitiveness of the bank provides the corresponding theoretical reference and practical measures and policies.
