Ibility Analyzing Of The Weifang YH Estate Project

Nowadays, the real estate industry is one of the pillar industries in the economic development of the world. It could make such an additional value and huge profits that more and more investors are attracted into it. However, its rapid development and over-investment in the past few years has given rise to an economic bubble in some cities of China, which would cause a relatively large risk to the investors. The feasibility study of the real estate project is a very complex evaluation system. This article focuses on improving the feasibility study system of the current real estate investment market and project, to cater to the needs of this study.On the ground of lots of literature and the practice in the work, I invest in the real estate project feasibility studies from the perspective of theory and practice. And I show the exposition from the perspective of real estate development feasibility analysis, uncertainty analysis and environmental point of view of the real estate development feasibility study.Then, it discusses the macro-economic environment analysis of the real estate development enterprises in developing countries and region through the case analysis of Weifang Binhai Development Zone YH real estate project and the demand analysis and the financial evaluation and uncertainty analysis of this project which demonstrate the feasibility of real estate projects, which has some meaning of practical operation for this project, as well as providing a theoretical and practical basis for real estate development.Finally, a summary is given of the YH real estate.
