However, at present the enterprise talent status quo is not optimistic. Because the enterprise usually team approach for the implementation of the project, the project team members of the loss will seriously affect the operation of the project. At the completion of project goals required a variety of resources, the most important human resources. Project team of staff differs from other staff members to demand characteristics, team spirit as its prerequisite, pay more attention to self esteem and independent demand.Many researches show that, the project team members in the project team to experience the justice and organizational commitment to the project team decided to leave has main effect, if the project team members in the project team to experience a sense of injustice, it will seriously affect his work attitude and behavior, which makes it easy to generate turnover intention. Organizational commitment is usually in the form of a project team members to maintain a specific project team member identity is strongly expected, willing to make more efforts to represent this particular project team, the project team values and goals explicitly trust and acceptance. Therefore, organizational commitment can reflect the project team members of the project team loyalty degree, can very good prediction of project team member turnover rate. If from the positive angle of members of justice on turnover intention and organizational commitment in the member, a sense of fairness and turnover intention among effect, is helpful for project manager to take effective measures in practice, to improve the project team members on the work of their own perception, and thus will not fair sense of negative effect to reduce to the lowest degree, reduce turnover intention occurs.The research on domestic and foreign relevant members a sense of fairness research summarized on the basis of China’s local enterprises, based on the environment, through literature analysis, questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis and other methods, to our country project management team construction members a sense of fairness in a preliminary study, revision of the previous members of a sense of fairness questionnaire, and then use the analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods such as analysis of China’s project management team members a sense of fairness in demography variable difference, discusses the member fairness on the project team member turnover intention. Finally, using hierarchical regression analysis of organizational commitment and turnover intention of members a sense of fairness relationship influence. Research results show that:First, the project team members, a sense of fairness is a multi-dimensional structure, including distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice in three dimensions. Research shows that, the project team members a sense of fairness of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactive justice dimensions and turnover intention exists significant negative correlation. In regression analysis, on turnover intention have significant predictive effect.Second, studies show that, in five dimensions the key organizational commitment (affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment, opportunity commitment and ideal commitment on turnover intention) there are significant negative correlation.Third, through hierarchical regression analysis, that members of justice through organizational commitment on turnover intention of indirect effect.Finally, according to the research results, proposed the project manager in project management practice should be pay much attention to members of the project team members a sense of fairness effect, pay attention to the influence of organizational commitment, to reduce the brain drain, and pointed out that the study of the innovation and shortcomings, for the further research direction.
