The Real Estate Industry is the barometer of the national economy, Asbasic and leading industry is closely linked to others, It has great influenceon the entire national economic development, Correctly understand thestructural characteristics and Input-output economic effect and therelationship with other industries. In order to provide some suggestionsabout the development of the real estate in Jiangsu Province, It has importantsignificance to promote the industry in Jiangsu province of the economicsustainable development.This paper will be of Industrial Economics and Input-Output Analysis,Based on the Input-Output Table in2007Jiangsu province. Firstly, accordingto the new industrial classification principles, the real estate industry isseparated from42industries, and then through balancing and adjustingappropriately; At last, compiling out of the new input-output table thatmainly to the real estate industries in2007Jiangsu province.Secondly, Using the new real estate input-output table and42sectors ofthe input-output data of the Jiangsu province in2007to Analyze the industrystructure of Jiangsu province, Mainly from the Investment and Using thestructure to analyze. The results indicate that the current real estateinvestment in Jiangsu Province, the main use of the structure has thefollowing characteristics: the first, real estate industry is a highlycapital-intensive, non-labor-intensive, risky industry; the second, real estateindustries are not intermediate inputs industry, but the “high-value, lowcapacity to promote” one, has a great contribute to improve the added valueof the national economy; the third, it does not belong to the middle demandindustry, but is the basic providing of domestic services, is the type of finaldemand industry; the fourth, the real estate industry is high investment andconsumption departments, and the consumption of rural residents is weakerthan the urbans’.Again, in this paper, some of the coefficient estimates are used toanalyze the input-output economic effects of the real estate industry inJiangsu Province. Mainly from the consumption coefficient and partition coefficient to analyze the effects of the real estate industry associations anddriving effect; from the influence coefficients, inductance, coefficient ofdependence and induced factor to analyze the real estate industry rippleeffect; analyzed the promotion of social employment, industrial investment,consumption and exports, the environment improvement and the value ofthe regional economy promotion by the real estate to analyze the effect offlanking of the real estate industry in Jiangsu Province.Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, against the currentdevelopment problems of the real estate industry in Jiangsu Province,suggests that to optimize the structure, promote the real estate industryupgrade and coordinate with the development of related industries, providethe basis for projections of the development of the real estate in JiangsuProvince.
