With the development of market economy, our country’s logistics industry as an emerging industry is in fast development. At the same time with the rise of refrigeration equipment, specialized division of labor refining and low temperature food’s gradually popularization, cold chain logistics cause the attention of people. Logistics industry especially cold chain logistics development is playing a tremendous role in the development of our national economy. At the same time, cold chain logistics industry also faces problems as relatively backward management level and the lack of effective resources to attract talents. Salary management as an important module of human resources is effective to attract, motivate and retain talents and plays a tremendous role to improve the competitiveness of logistics enterprises and promote the future development.This paper aims to study RongQing Company’s salary management system and its optimization measures. Based on the theory of salary management and the effective research utilization, combining the company characteristics, employees’working characteristics and various investigation and study, the paper aims to meet the company’s characteristics and development needs in the optimization of the salary management system. And on this basis, the paper designed a series of optimized salary system implementation safeguard measures and policy.This paper mainly includes six parts; the first part is the introduction of the research background, research significance, the research thinking framework and innovation point. In the second part salary and compensation management theory is reviewed. The third part briefly analyzed the company’s existing salary system structure and existing problems. The fourth part is salary system optimization design. The fifth part is the salary system supporting policies system design, including the design of performance assessment system and other human resources management measures. At the end of the paper is the summary of the main conclusion which points out the limitation and shortage and at the same time future direction of research is prospected.
