Research On The Ecological Footprint Of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone With The Method Of ESDA And GIS

Along with the continuously rapid development of the Poyang lake ecological economic zone, at the same time the pressure it brings is constantly increasing. So it is necessary to make quantitative analysis for ecological consumption status of resources of Poyang lake ecological economic zone.The ecological footprint method in recent years as a new kind of quantitative analysis methods, has been widely used. The paper made a research on ecological footprint of Poyang lake ecological economic zone.The paper used the theories and analysis of ecological footprint to have a quantitative evaluation to sustainable development of Poyang lake ecological economic zone. And it treated30counties in Poyang lake ecological economic zone as the research objects. By using the related data from2006to2010of Poyang lake ecological economic zone, it calculated corresponding size of ecological footprint of each region. Also, it has calculated ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of the whole Poyang lake ecological zone. Then it got the ecological pressure and did a research on the sustainability of Poyang lake ecological economic zone; Under the support of GIS, it had visible presentation to space distribution of ecological footprint; The paper studied the space agglomeration and difference of ecological footprint of Poyang lake ecological economic zone by using the way of combining ESDA with GIS; According to the space linear regression method, it made analysis on indexes which effect space distribution characteristics of Poyang lake ecological economic zone.Based on the above analysis, the paper drew the following conclusion:The ecological pressure of Poyang lake ecological economic zone is increasing year after year from2006to2010.The development of Poyang lake ecological economic zone belongs to the type of unsustainable development; The ecological footprint in different regions of Poyang lake ecological economic zone present strong agglomeration, but with the passage of time, the agglomeration becomes weaker and exists difference at the same time. Spatial agglomeration mainly reflects on the space spill-over effect of high-type region centered on Nanchang county and Jinxian county, and low-type region centered on Jiujiang county. Spatial difference mainly reflects on that the relation of ecological footprint between Nan Chang city at the land high type region and surrounding regions is negative correlation; The indexes that effect space distribution characteristics of ecological footprint of Poyang lake ecological economic zone are population, GDP and the proportion that the first industrial added value accounted for GDP.
