Study On Priority Order Of Farmer Demand For The"Home Appliances To The Countryside"Policy

The "home appliances to the countryside" policy is a country in the global financial crisis in the context of the implementation of an agricultural policy, aiming to expand rural consumption to pull move inside need, increase the production and quality of life. However, policy implementation over the past three years, the effect is not as expected, farmers around the policy response degree each are not identical, or" warm" or" cool". According to the peasant household to household appliances to the countryside policy demand intention strength each sort, list of farmer of home appliances going to the countryside child policy demand overall frequency, and statistical analysis of the different characteristics of farmers to the" home appliances to the countryside" policy demand differences.Secondly, the author applies clustering and total sort method analysis of the farmer to the" home appliances to the countryside" policy demand and priority sequence. Obviously each household electrical appliances to the countryside policy into three categories, the first level is the after sale service regulation, price regulation, subsidies and the proportion of quality supervision; the second level is the highest price subsidies, and the deadline for implementation; the third level is the purchase of units/pieces, successful business process regulation and subsidies varieties. Then, using the total score sort list of farmers to the" home appliances to the countryside" policy overall demand priority and different characteristics of farmers to the" home appliances to the countryside" policy demand priority.Finally, according to the results, this research put forward the consummation" home appliances to the countryside" policy relevant policy recommendations. The author thinks, the government should strengthen pair of home appliances to the countryside to product quality and price regulation, and perfect after sale service system, and to the farmer’s demand, perfect policy, appropriate to extend the period of policy implementation, and increase the income of peasants and strengthen infrastructure construction and guarantee the effective implementation of home appliances to the countryside" policy based.
