Comparison And Evaluation Of High-tech Industries In The Triangle

With the effect of economic development on environment becoming more and more obvious, most of the countries in the world are exploring the sustainable development of the regional economy with speeding up the process of economic globalization, and strive to achieve faster economic growth with lower consumption of resources and environmental. High-tech industries with sophisticated technology as the core, which have low consumption of resources, expert property investment in output, as well as social and environmental friendly become important impetus to promote the region’s rapid economic development.The nation’s "12th Five-Year Plan" positioned the middle reaches of the Yangtze River region as one of the ten key development area of urban regional development. In" three verticals and two horizontals "strategic pattern of urbanization,with the center of Wuhan, Changsha and Nanchang forming a natural layout of the "triangle". In2012, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River city cluster provincial capital Chamber of Commerce held in Donghu international Conference Center of Wuhan, and make an agreement "accelerate the construction of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River city cluster strategic cooperation framework ", which represent the three provinces will work together to build China’s new economic growth pole-"the triangle." The research of the development of high-tech industry in Triangle city group which is the core of the middle three provinces have great significance for promoting the development of regional economic clusters, enhancing the the central economy overall strength, and finding the mode and the pole of economic growth in middle region.In this paper, by summing the views of scholars and research, combing with the position and confirmation of the statistical coverage of the national high-tech industrial development, basing viewpoints of regional economic research and high-tech industry development characteristics, I established development capacity evaluation index system in Triangle high-tech industries, and select the arrangement of the three provinces in five industries.At first, I introduce the background of the "triangle" and the role and significance the high-tech industry created. By showing the industry size and structure, investment and exports, economic benefits of high-tech industries in the triangle, comparing and analyzing a variety of evaluation model and index system, I establish the system with triangle high-tech industry as the research object and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods and the coefficient of variation as study means. At last, I give the countermeasures of develop the high-tech industry in the Triangle from the industry development, industrial parks and enterprise.This study is of great significance for enhancing the ability of high-tech industrial development of the Triangle. From the view of regional economic, it has a very important practical significance for leading the central development and enhancing the central’s strategic position in the national and regional planning. From the view of industrial economic, it has a long-term influence for changing the central the goal of resource-intensive and agricultural development.
