An Research On The New Rural Old-age Insurance System In The City Of Linvi

China is a big agricultural country with a large population of peasants who has anobvious aging trend. Since the reform and open, our economics and society have beenmaking rapid develpoment, and all of the social security systems have been graduallyconsummated. People have been more and more healthy. However, at the same time, thepopulation of aged people is growing at a high speed, which leads to high extent ofold-aging. So the traditional old-aging service system is now facing huge crash. Theproblem of providing for the aged involves the benefits of farmers, also relates to the socialharmony and stability.These years, we have very sharp problems with peasants. At present, reserches aboutpeasants give very little focus on rural old-aging problem. Based on the investigation ofLinyi which is one of the pilot projects in china, this article analyzes problems and reasonsof the new rural old-age insurance, raising some related countermeasures, thereby offeringrenferences in a centain extent in building and consummating the new rural old-ageinsurance system in our country.Firstly, this paper reviewed the hitorical vicissitude process of rural social old-ageinsurance system in our country, from which wo can understand some result andinsufficiency. We can also recognize the diffiences between the new rural old-ageinsurance and the old one.Secondly, we made detailed analysis about the environment of the new rural old-ageinsurance in Linyi city, including general introduction of Linyi city as well as the generalenvironment in culture construction, economic development and people livehoodconstruction. And we summed up the experience since the new rural old-age insuranccarried out.Thirdly, through the above analysis, we pointed out the problems and the reasons forthe problems, taking linyi as an example.Fourthly, in order to consummate the new rural old-age insurance system in ourcountry and covering the urban and rural old-age insurance system,we offered relevantcountermeasures on the exposed problems during the process of implementing. The innovation point of this paper is that through the survey of data, we analyze thenew rural old-aging insurance in the city of Linyi. Then this paper gives the problems,reasons and the countermeasures for problems. The deficiencies of this paper is: because ofthe new rural old-aging insurance pilot has just begun, we lack the documents and data.Lastly, based on the investigation of Linyi which is one of the pilot projects in china,this article reflected the current actual situation in the whole country, drawing inspirationand conclusion. Pointing out that if we found and consummate the old-age insurance,especially the rural old-age insurance in china, our socialist construction pace will be faster,and the human civilization will enhance greatly.
