| The developing status as well as the developing level of modern service industry is animportant symbol to measure the level of ecomonic development of a country or a region, and italso reflects the stage of economic development of a country or a region. Modern serviceindustry is a technology service industry of modernization and information, which iscorresponding with the traditional service industries, and which is accompanied by the process ofindustrialization, relying on informational technology and the philosophy of modernmanagement, management style and organizational form. This kind of industry includes networkcommunications, digital television, network media, IT services, modern logistics, distanceeducation, e-commerce, and it also includes the transformation of a modern new technologies,new formats and new services and upgrade traditional service industries such as informationconsulting financial services and so on.The object of this study is based on the development strategy of modern service industry inthe central district of Dezhou, starting from current status of modern service industry in Chinaand aboard. The study systematically elaborates the characteristics of modern service industrydevelopment, analyzes the successful experience of the development of modern service industryin Tianjin, Ningbo, Dalian, and other central city, and makes a horizontal contrast betweenDezhou and Liaocheng, Hengshui, Cangzhou, Binzhou and so on. The study also summarizes theadvantages of the development of modern service industry, analyzes the existing problems, usingcomparative advantage and dislocation development theory, and draws the conclusion that thespanning development can be realized in the central district of Dezhou, and it is possible tobecome regional central city. On this basis, this study proposes the development Suggestions inthe future years for Dezhou city, realizing the leaping development of modern service industry,developing the productive service industry,improving consumer service industry, and optimizingthe development of public services. Finally it puts forward countermeasures of realizing theideas, which focuses on the top design and reasonable layout of planning areas, which promotesurbanization process and strengthens the development of carrier, which strengthens leadershipand changes way of government management, which gather stalents, constructs multi-level talentsystem, and which optimizates service and builds good service environment, etc. |
