Research On Rural Land Planning Management Of Liaoning Province

Land use planning is basic basis for ensuring land use, which, is also animportant tool for macro-control. Land use planning management, especiallyrural-land planning management is a crucial measurement to promote ruralurbanization, agricultural economic and enhance food-security. Therefore, it’snecessary to build a law that could ensure implement, confirm the basic tenet and takescientific evaluation methods. Liaoning Province, as relative developed area inrural-urbanization and agricultural economy, is significant to refer. So, it is crucial toanalyze the status of rural-land management and provide suggestions for LiaoningProvince to settle “Tree Agricultural Problems” in China.This paper took present status of rural land planning management in LiaoningProvince, analyzed the problems confronting on the basis of Sustainable Development,People-Land harmonized and location theories to dissert the root causes, then providesuggestion, willing to provide reference for Liaoning rural land planning.This paper was divided into six parts.First Chapter was presentation that introduced Purpose and Significance of thestudy, expressed methods and Overseas and Domestic Research Status by the way.Second Chapter was concept definition and basic theories, which defined landplanning management, land use planning and rural land planning management,demonstrated Sustainable Development, People-Land harmonized and LocationTheories.Third Chapter demonstrated the status of Liaoning Province, and expressed thesituation of land planning management and land use.Fourth Chapter summarized the problems confronting and dissert the rootcauses.Fifth Chapter provided the suggestions on the basis of formal analysis and basic theories.Sixth Chapter was conclusions.
