Research On Resource Theory Applied In The Modern Pharmaceutical Industry Of China

With the rapid development of modern technology and the rise of the "return to nature" trend, the modern pharmaceutical industry, especially the Chinese pharmaceutical companies, will face a growing number of opportunities and challenges. With economic globalization and the entry of WTO, the competition intensifies. The modern pharmaceutical industry in China has exposed more and more problems, so we should pay more attention to it. With the people’s living standard developed and the quality of the health requirements improved, the demand for pharmaceutical products increase. Thus it bring more pressure to the natural environment and social environment. Objective:In such social environment, driven by the urgent need to resource, We should apply the resource theory to our modern pharmaceutical industry. The theory guide practice, and promote the optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum economic efficiency. Methods:resource theory, including:the enterprise resource theory, the theory of system resources, and common pool resource theory. Enterprise resource theory is applied within the pharmaceutical industry; the theory of system resources and common pool resource theory are applied to an expanded ecosystem to discuss the activities of pharmaceutical companies and the natural environment, social environment. Conclusion:Although China is rich in resources, some types of resources still are very scarce. With the improved of people’s life quality and the enhancement of health consciousness, the people hope that the efficacy of drugs is as strong as possible, safe and effective drugs is as many as possible. However, the concept of the scarcity of resources and Economics tells us that the people’s wishes and needs are unlimited, while used to satisfy the wishes and needs are unlimited. The "limited" and the "unlimited" contradictions exist. The development of the modern pharmaceutical industry can not be separated from the scientific guidance of the resource theory, resources are the lifeblood of the modern pharmaceutical industry. The modern pharmaceutical industry, the internal management of resources and enterprise systems resources, science combine to form an organic whole and work together, which is the core issue of the enterprise survival and development.
