Research On Management System Innovation Of Jiangbei Industrial Clusters

In January2010, the State Council formally approved the implementation of "industrial transfer planning of Wanjiang City demonstration zone". This is the first national strategy planning which Anhui entered. According to the requirements of the program, Anhui province established the Jiangbei, Jiangnan industrial clusters. AS a new thing, clusters,which will become the Jiangbei major district of Wuhu City, not only needs to develop the industry but also to plan the construction of city, Recently, the management system and operation pattern of clusters consult the methods of general development districts. However, clusters’s management system needs the further innovation in order to adapt requirements of the scientific and accelerating development based on its historical mission and strategic orientation.This paper takes the Jiangbei industrial clusters as the research object, summarizes the management system of foreign and domestic development park and carries on the comparative analysis between the Jiangbei industrial clusters and the general development park based on the investigation of the development zone in Anhui from author, which believes that at present the barrier systems affecting and restricting the scientific development of the clusters still exist. On the one hand, we need to take many effective measures to crack the barriers. On the other hand, practice, reform and innovation are also required.We ought to strive to explore and establish a set of suitable actual scientific system, guaranteeing the sound and rapid development of concentrated area.The thesis is divided into five chapters in the structure.Chapter1mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection, indicating the research contents and methods at base of research progress at home and abroad.Chapter2shows theoretical foundation of the innovation research of Centralized management system, explaining of the related concepts and theoretical basis of system innovation of clusters.Chapter3analyzes management system’s present situation of concentrated area. This chapter intensively analyzes the development zone management system in Anhui Province comparing with Jiangbei Industrial Centralization Area; taking Jiangbei Industrial Centralization Area as the research object, analyzes the problems of concentrated area management system.Chapter4points out the existing problems of concentrated area and proposes innovation countermeasures. This chapter puts forward some objectives, principles and innovation measures of concentrated area’s management system.Chapter5summarizes the main conclusions and opinion, and brings forward further study for future issues.
