Research On Port Competition And Cooperation Of The Bohai Sea Port Cluster

Ports around Bohai Bay based on the superior geographical position and the rapid development of the hinterland of the city economy, in recent years, the development speed is very quick.However, due to the lack of the overall regional planning and the regional division of labor, resulting in the port function division of labor is unreasonable, repeat construction the problem is serious.Supply of goods, the same aggravate haven inside the vicious competition, restrict the development of the port, influence the whole economic efficiency enhancement, and then weakened and neighboring or adjacent area competition ability. Therefore, in the mutual cooperation on the basis of orderly, fair competition on the port group has great significance in the development.This paper use the industrial cluster, aggregation of economics, port economics, competition theory and comprehensive evaluation methods, the ports competition and cooperation in research and exploration.This article focuses on the four aspects of research work:first, through to the industrial cluster, regional economics, economics of port and city cluster theory research, defines the concept of port group, analysis of the port cluster as well as the reason of port cluster produced aggregation economy.Secondly, based on the existing evaluation methods of comparative analysis, put forward suitable ports evaluation model and index system.Third, through the foreign port group competition and cooperation mode comparison research, summarizes the port group organization patterns of the three form as well as the main contents of port group cooperation.Finally, taking Bohai port as an example, further study of Bohai port group construction the issue to be resolved, and according to its own characteristics, put forward haven of annulus Bohai sea group competing organization mode.
