Dividend policy is one of the three hard cores in Finance activities of ModernCorporate. It’s the connection between investors and companies. Therefore,research on the dividend Policy of the listed companies does have important theoreticand practical significance. Research on the dividend Policy has a long history in thewest, however, many scholars began their research on this area form90’s last century.In our country. They considered the situation of our country during the research, andthe conclusions are fruitful. This paper begins with dividend Policy of the listedcompanies, and selects a new board in our stock market which named growthenterprise.This article is divided into five Parts.The first Part is introduction, which is focus on the background and significance,the dividend distribution policy of the domestic and international research and relatedcomments the article’s content and structure and the innovation of research.In the second part several representative dividend policy theories and affectingfactors are comparatively analyzed and commented on.The third part is about characteristics and the status quo of the dividend policy ofcompanies listed on GEM. It analyzes the characteristics of the companies listed onGEM dividend policy, and then describe statistical analysis of the status quo ofChinese companies listed on GEM dividend.The fourth part is empirical study of the factors. Study the influencing factors ofthe dividend policy of the companies listed on GEM by Empirical methods. Andanalyze the impact of various factors on the cash dividend and stock dividend.The fifth Part is conclusions and recommendations. Summarize the empiricalresults, combined with the GEM actual put forward opinions and suggestions.
