Although many simulation software are available on the market, the self-developedsimulation system can fulfill the specific needs better, so as to do further comparative andextensional study. In order to analyze the performance of management organization better, and to study deeper about the complex systems involving people, groups and taskprocessing, this paper will do some preliminary explorations for the blue print ofestablish common simulation about the performance of management organization. This paper is about the performance of an administrative organization, by dividingthe issue into two parts: DE(discrete event) simulation about solving the tasks andCA(Cellular Automata) or agent-based simulation about the employees’ psychologicalattributes(ability、 character、 self-efficacy etc.). The interaction between tasks andemployees or an employee and the whole group have great impact on the efficiency of anorganization. After lots of researches about the class libraries of different DE simulatorslike javasim and simulation software like Anylogic,I developed the DE simulation systemfor the test about organization’s efficiency using.net; By researching about thepsychological attributes and behaviors of different individuals and the group, I set up aAgent simulation model to simulate the relationship between tasks’ processing efficiencyand the changes of employees’ psychological attributes; By doing the integration of thetwo parts, I use a case study to research about the interaction between employees and theorganization, and how they effect the task processing performance by focusing on the staffloading rate and the actual processing time. As a plus, I developed a simulation modelbased on Anylogic for the same case. By comparative analysis, result shows thatself-developed system has good usability and accuracy. For further study, mental modelswill be expanded and improved.
