The Research Of Development Decisions Of Rural Credit Cooperatives Of Dezhou

In the process of new construction in rural area of Dezhou, the Rural CreditCooperatives of Dezhou plays an important role in the financial support to agriculturedevelopment. With the gradual deepening of the reform of rural financial system inShandong Province, the scale and profitability of Rural Credit Cooperatives of Dezhou hasgot certain achievement which demonstrates the new image of reform and development.Although, by the combination of the actual financial environment in Dezhou, there is alsosome relative disadvantages, such as the uneven development between cities and counties,lack of the motivation, low quality of staffs, extensive management, high level of potentialrisks and lack of innovation etc. In this study, based on the practical work experience inRural Credit Cooperatives of Dezhou, by comparing to the foreign credit cooperativesreforms, the author will analyze the background and current situation of the reform, thetrends of the reform, and the achievement in current stage of the reform. Also, by usingthe findings and investigations, the author will reveal the problems and unfavorablefactors in the current and future reform, and hence to conclude the only feasible way toseek development in the fierce market competition, which is through clarifying the natureof the credit cooperatives and property rights governance structure, planning the servicesdirection and business purpose, establishing a new institutional framework and traininghighly qualified practitioners, to make a reasonable reform to improve their own strength.Therefore, at this critical stage of the reform and development of rural credit cooperatives,the most significant reality we have to face to is how to correctly accept and deal with thecurrent problems existing in rural credit cooperatives, which it has practical meanings toclarify the direction of development of the Rural Credit Cooperatives of Dezhou.
