This thesis is applied to the case of the interactive relationship between keyemployees and technological enterprises by the way of empirical study and documentresearch, aimed at finding ways to solve the problem of the unbalanced reliance on eachother between key employees and technological enterprises.The rise of the knowledge economy changed the way of traditional physical goodscreating wealth. Knowledge helped to bring about industrialization economy andhigh-tech industry became the pillar industry for economy. Technological enterprises carryout an increase in value by this mean of converting knowledge into soft product, and thepredominance of knowledge becomes increasingly obvious in the economic system.Employees in technological enterprises are the body of knowledge convertion, butgenerally just a few employees in technological enterprises master the core technology. Itis these people who are the most significant in the whole value added processes.knowledge reserves in its holders awareness of the deep because of its stealthiness. Theinteractive relationship between key employees and technological enterprises, especiallythe small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, is asymmetric.Technological enterprises are overly dependent on key employees, but key employees relyless on technology enterprises.This thesis puts emphasis on changing the employment concepts, encouragingtechnological enterprises to change the traditional concept of overly reliance on keyemployees and promoting them to help employees grow and succeed by system. There aretwo solutions according to the new style of employment concept. One is in the level ofcreative commons and operation procedure. The other is in the level of corporate structuredesign, trying to find an initiative strategy of reducing dependence on key employees, soas to get rid of the unbalanced reliance on each other between key employees andtechnological enterprises and constructing a positive and interactive relationship betweenkey employees and technological enterprises to relies common development.
