As a method of construction, green engineering project management is a newtheory on the background of new economic times in the21st century. For a long time,China’s economy has extensively improved. Enterprises pursuit economic benefits toomuch but ignore social benefit and environmental benefits, so that resource has beenwasted and environment has been polluted seriously. Whereas green engineeringproject management’s execution could effective remit this kind of status.Green project management of our country at this stage is Affected by a lot ofenvironmental factors, the loss of GDP is also increasingly large because of theenvironmental pollution, consequently, carrying into execution of the greenengineering project management is extremely urgent. The article from the strategicangle of the sustainable development, clearly analyzes the evaluation system’s content,structure as well as merits and demerits of home and abroad green construction, offersreference for the evaluating indicators choose to the green evaluating method. Thispaper gives the definition of green project management of construction engineering,and introduces its research situation, on this basis, First of all, it determines out thegreen construction’s evaluating indicator of the project, works out evaluatingindicator’s weight with analytic hierarchy process, through specialists’ grading,establishes the evaluation index system of green project management of constructionengineering, and discusses its evaluation method, in order to provide the theoreticalbasis and practical guidance for improving the green management level ofconstruction engineering under low carbon economy conditions. Finally, with whiteriver bridge project as an example of verified analysis to test the reliability andoperability of this evaluation system.In addition, this paper summarized the green engineering project managementexperience of white river bridge project from modern management, environmentalprotection, energy saving, consumption reduction, civilization worksite construction,which have a good reference value for other project.
