The quality improvement is the basic characteristics of quality management, aswell as the one of eight basic principles which put forward in quality management ofthe standard of ISO9000family in version2008. Engaged in quality managementknows that the meaning of a word "quality" is a set of inherent characteristics meetthe degree of the requirements,the quality will directly decided to the customer’ssatisfaction which from a enterprise provided products were ok or not, the corporationmust perform quality continuous improvement in order to improve the customersatisfaction, through the various workof quality improvement process,on one side wecan make the corrective action through we found some problems,on the other side wecan looking for opportunities actively for improvement,and we can make theprevention measures for potential failure point.Based on the theory of modern enterprise quality improvement for this paper, usethe reference for the idea of current quality management, combined with the MOOGBPCS products as the research object, through the feedback of the present situationduring the product manufacturing process, use the quality improvement method toanalysis the cause and establish the countermeasures to perform the qualityimprovement.The mainline is the PDCA cycle for this paper, first for the quality issues whichrised during the manufacturing process and collects the feedback information from thecustomer,second for tools of quality improvement such as pareto chart; cause-effectdiagram together with SPC to analysis the problem, thus we confirmed that thewelding defect and IP54as critical quality characteristic is the root cause which leadto quality issue happened.We made the analysis for the Process Failure Mode andEffects and establish the countermeasures, control and improve the welding qualityand optimize the welding technology parameters and verify these parameters throughnormal distribution;SPC; process capability. We managed the controled the workinstruction for install the seal and issue the suggestion for design improve in order toprovide the reliability guarantee for perform the quality improvement.Finally,we dothe economic analysis for the labor cost and material cost which got from the qualityimprovement and perform the appraise for the economic effectiveness.At the end ofthis paper,we make the brief expound and evaluation combine the Lean Six Sigma Management with quality improvement,based on the PDCA method and combine theLean Six Sigma which was popular at present to make the evaluate in order that thematerial of article was more plentiful.The innovation was we used the PFMEAmethod to analysis the prevent and corrective action and verify the data of normalitymeanwhile,we analysis the MSA;SPC and Cpk during made this paper, got a mass offirst-hand data to support above the analysis and verification.
