Tianjin FAW Xiali Automobile Co.,Ltd (herein after referred as " Tianjin FAW")is an economic car manufacturing enterprise held by China First Automobile GroupCorporation (herein after referred as "FAW"). In the current fierce marketcompetition environment, only formulating scientific and practical developmentstrategy, and effectively implementing the strategy, can help the enterprise to breakthrough the tight encirclement and realize its sustainable development. This articleembarking from the reality, using the theoretical knowledge, combining with years ofinvolvement in the business and accumulated experience of Tianjin FAW, analyzingthe inner and external environment, and on the basis of analyzing the environment,making the development strategy and implementation plan for the enterprise’s next10years.The first chapter is the" Introduction", mainly introduces the basis of the topic,meaning and necessity of research, on the theoretical basis and literature review, thebasic content of the research object,etc.The second chapter is "Analysis of external factor effecting Tianjin FAWdevelopment", mainly analyzing the external factor effecting Tianjin FAWdevelopment, making the Potter analysis of the competitive environment "Five ForcesModel" as the main line, to form the whole understanding of the next10year exteriormanagement environment for the enterprise, at the same time with the" EFE matrixtheory", from a more rational and scientific point of view, to evaluate and analyze theexternal factors influencing the enterprise development, to provide support for thedevelopment.The third chapter is "Analysis of internal factor effecting Tianjin FAWdevelopment", mainly qualitatively analyzing internal operating environment ofTianjin FAW, using the Balanced Scorecard analysis problem of four angles as themain line, from the "customer, internal business process, innovation and learning,financial" angle undertakes an analysis, at the same time with the "IFE matrix theory",evaluate and analyze the internal factors influencing the enterprise development, toprovide more scientific reference for enterprise development.The fourth chapter is "Tianjin FAW development strategy choice", using "SWOT" analysis tool, on the basis of the second and third chapter’s external and internalenvironment factors, making the choice and evaluation for Tianjin FAW futuredevelopment strategy.The fifth chapter is "Tianjin FAW10years future development strategy",presents the company’s vision, mission, operating principles and objectives, anddecomposes the strategy, from product strategy, marketing strategy, managementtransformation and cultural transformation in four aspects in detail, in order to supportthe implementation of the program.The sixth chapter is" The control of Tianjin FAW development strategies ", from"information control" and" behaviour control "these two dimensions to design and putforward opinions of the strategic control.
