Internal control refers to the operational activities of enterprises in orderto ensure effective protection of assets, the security and integrity; prevent,detect and correct errors and fraud to ensure that accounting information true,lawful, complete and formulation and implementation of policies andprocedures. Internal control throughout the enterprise in all aspects ofbusiness activities, as long as there is economic activity and businessmanagement, you need to have appropriate internal controls. The constructionof the internal control of state-owned enterprises in recent years has beengreat development, but there are still many problems, has seriously hinderedthe healthy and stable development of enterprises. In this paper, through theintroduction of state-owned enterprises MG’s state-owned enterprises inChina to show the history and current status of internal control, and thenaccording the company’s research on the MG state-owned enterprises showedthe main problems of internal control in state-owned enterprises, finallyauthor will combine internal control and comprehensive risk managementtheory that how to improve the internal control of the construction ofstate-owned enterprises.
