Study On Financial Management Standards In Acceptance Stage Of Highway Project

Since twenty-first Century, China’s highway construction has made remarkable results.But in the highway project construction management practice, the construction units tend topay more attention to project financing and construction period of the financial management,and to highway project financial management related issues of concern is less, often neglectthe project acceptance stage of financial management importance. In fact, the highway projectalso exist many urgent problems in financial management, must give enough attention.This phase of the financial management on the basis of the policies and regulations, andsome are clear, but there are also some not clear enough. These problems, through the deeptheoretical research urgently to solve, and for government departments to develop the relevantnorms of the system provide a basis.Based on the existing legal norms carding and reality research, summarized inexpressway project financial management exists five problems, on the highway projectfinancial management legal norm as research foundation and basis, and in depth analysis ofthe five problems on the basis of, put forward the idea of solving the problem.The main purpose of this thesis, is in the current legal framework, based on the currentsituation of financial management of highway project research, on the analysis of the currentlaws and regulations on the basis of, put forward to standardize the expressway projectfinancial management of the basic ideas and effective way, for our country transportationfinance departments to strengthen highway project finance management specification ofconstruction, main body in expressway project financial behavior provides the policy train ofthought.
