Study On Project Finance Of Logistics Park

Logistics park has developed quickly since the State Council considered “Logisticspark project” as one of the nine key-projects in the adjustment and promoting planning ofthe logistics industry in2009and made the “Logistics park special planning”. Many cities,especially the national logistics node cities, have developed some large logistics parkprojects with comprehensive functions. Because of the large investment, the long capitalterm and the broad social influence, the logistics park projects require reasonable andeffective market financing. Owing to its own advantages and features, project finance is abetter choice for the logistics park projects. Therefore, the study on project finance oflogistics park has important practical significance.This paper applies project finance methods to the construction of logistics parkprojects, researches the finance theory of logistics park projects, analyzes the influencingfactors of investment structure, finance structure, capital structure and credit guaranteestructure, carries out a comparative study on different application modes of the abovestructures, and finally analyzes the influencing mechanism among the four project financestructures. It is meaningful to the designing of logistics park project finance scheme.In this paper, DEMATEL and AHP are used to build decision model to decide thechoice of logistics park project finance schemes. This essay chooses the key logistics parkproject of Hubei Province and Wuhan to conduct the empirical research. Adopting thetheory of logistics park project finance, three schemes are designed for the project. In theend, some suggestions are put forward as the guidance of the financing decision of theproject by using the above designed decision model.
