The Training Model Research Of Logistics Talents Key Skills In Technology School

With the rapid development of the economic globalization and informationtechnology, modern logistics industry, as the third profit source, has grown up in theworld recently. The requirements of the logistics talents have been more and more,especially in the gaps of the talents of logistics technology. The education oftechnology, which is considered as the main parts to train the logistics professionaltalents, has caused an extensive attention in the logistics industry. However, theresearch results in this field are not many according to the survey. Therefore, theresearch of key skills for the logistics professional talents are focused. The structureof this thesis is show below:Firstly, the thesis analyze the core elements of key skills of logistics professionaltalents seriously. we propose a course system framework according to the key skills.And complete the goals of teaching courses are achieved by the method of projectorganization. Subsequently, we apply the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) todetermine the weights of the core elements for the key skills of the logisticsprofessional talents. based on the rules of technology education and the requirementsof the duties in the field of modern logistics. Thirdly, three types of evaluationsystems are employed to check the students, who have been taught by this system.Lastly, we give a more detailed model for the different kinds of students.There are four main characteristic in this thesis: firstly, AHP is applied togenerate the factors and their weights of key skills for the logistics professional talents;secondly, a set of training model is presented for the logistics professional techniciansin the technical colleges and schools; thirdly, three types of evaluation systems isgiven to check the results; fourthly, a more detailed model for the different kinds ofstudents is proposed in accordance with the evaluating results.
