Study On International Settlement Business In Commercial Banks Of Our Country

Along with the rapid development of world economy, the integrationof the world economy has become an inevitable trend. The integration ofthe world economy makes the relationship between economies becamemore closely，and makes the trade and the translation of money more andmore frequently. It is a good opportunity for the development ofinternational settlement business of commercial banks under thisenvironment. Since the beginning of its appearance, internationalsettlement business has experienced a rapid development and has made aconsiderable achievement. But for the fast changing and the high speeddevelopment of the economy society nowadays, to meet the increasingand changing needs of the business of international settlement,commercial banks of our country should also meet situation, reform andimprove continuously, increase their business competitiveness.This paper is to analyze the situation of international settlementbusiness in commercial banks of our country. Main restricting factors willbe found from both the macro and micro angles. Analyzed concretely theexisting problems during the development of international settlementbusiness in our commercial banks. Finally advice has been given mainlyfrom the product positioning, customer orientation, organization structure,risk control, business marketing, personnel quality, technical level and so on. In hopes of do some help to future development of internationalsettlement business in commercial bank of our country.
