| Quality of the project is not only related to the project’s features, use value, the age ofnational interest, people’s lives and property. At present, China’s rapid modernization, boom,construction and investment expanding, in the event of quality problems, the project’seconomic and social effects. In recent years, China has been rapid development of highereducation, and colleges and universities to seize the historical opportunity, have theinfrastructure. However, due to the special nature of university construction projects, makingthe university infrastructure project quality management process more difficult. Therefore, touniversity infrastructure project quality management research is very necessary.Based on the project quality management theory, combination with HeilongjiangUniversity, fangzhouyuan residence community project examples, the project brief based onthis paper proposed the basic model of fangzhouyuan residence community project qualitymanagement, namely the design-tender-construction of the traditional management model.Further analysis of survey and design units in the case of quality management, qualitymanagement for contractors as well as the quality of the construction unit management,quality management proposed in the existing main problems and suggestions forimprovement. This paper then presents a survey and design of the units, contractors andconstruction unit of the quality management game model, by game analysis, further researchproject quality management issues. To make the perfect fangzhouyuan residence communityproject quality management recommendations for improvement, including enhancedawareness of quality management, solid foundation of quality management, establishment ofproject quality and accountability, specifically to the survey and design units, managementresponsibilities, to strengthen supervision of construction projects and to strengthen theconstruction of the building five aspects of quality management. |
