Empirical Research On The Influence Factor Model Of Sci-tech Intermediary Trust Establishment

Sci-tech intermediary is the important part of the national and regional innovation system,and it promotes economic development and science progress vigorously. Sci-techintermediary is not only the “bridge” and “link” between all kinds of innovation subjects, butalso is the “catalyst” in sci-tech innovation and sci-tech transformation. Because of the specialintermediate role in science technology innovation activity, the trust from the society and allkinds of innovation subjects to sci-tech intermediary is directly tied to its operation anddevelopment. Therefore, under the competitive economy environment, the problem of thetrust establishment is the determinants of the development of the sci-tech intermediary.This paper firstly defined the sci-tech intermediary and trust. Then on the basis ofnational and international research achievements, this paper research on the trust problem,constructed the trust measurement dimensions, and extracted the trust consideration factors.Combined with the characteristics of the sci-tech intermediary, it put forward the maininfluence factors(ability factor, institution factor and relation factor) in the trust establishmentof sci-tech intermediary by using the WSR complex system analysis methods. At the sametime, the impact paths of the three factors are deeply analyzed. And based on the theoreticalassumptions, this paper established the influence factor theoretical model.According to the theoretical model, this paper established SEM(Structural EquationModeling) model, and did the standard empirical research based on the actual data which iscollected through questionnaire investigation. Data analysis, measurement model fittingdegree test and structure equation model test are done by utilizing the SPSS11.0andAMOS7.0statistical software. According to the result analysis, we can see that the factors allhave positive influence on the sci-tech intermediary trust establishment, and the influencedegree from strong to weak are ability factor, relation factor and institution factor.Finally, this paper put forward some suggestions and measures on how sci-techintermediary to establish stable trust. Firstly, exploiting the advantage of ability to acceleratethe trust establishment; secondly, regulating the cooperation institution to guarantee the trustestablishment; thirdly, keeping good relationship to form a long-term trust mechanism.
