Human resources management has become the center of modern enterprise management. Recruitment management as a human resources management subsystem. Through recruitment, selection of a series of activities to the scientific and standardized system, improving the quality of enterprises to achieve sustainable, enhance the vitality, enhance corporate efficiency. The implementation of system scientific recruitment evaluation has an important significance for improving the matching of staff and post.This paper, which uses××bank’s middle-level managers as the research object, points out the company’s existing recruitment shortcomings, and set a program for evaluating the competence of employees based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The thesis sets forth importantly the structure and the math theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Behavioral event interviews is used to establish a××bank’s middle-level management competency quality model, and then evaluating the competence of employees with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally the paper design of a complete set of internal employee hiring process based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
