The Study Of Sme Supply Chain Financial Risks Based On Projeclt Risk Management Perspectve

Financing diiffculty of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) has causeduniversal social concern. Economic crisis has done great harm to SMEs, whichcurrently face problems in financing and loan. Oriented on SMEs，Supply ChainFinaiice(SCF) tries to make up the widely existed capital gap and thus becomes aneffective way of solving financing dififculty in SMEs, Financing based on SCF hasturned out to be a new mode for cooperation among commercial bank, logisticsenterprises and SMEs. SCF is a systematic financing solution for coordinating capitalflow and lowering cost in the supply chain. Then the third part is introducing threemodes of SCR The following part is the key point, adopting the mothod of projectrisk management to analyze the specific case and to study the risk identiifcation, riskanalysis and risk control of SME’s SCF overall risk management process.Accordingto the former research, the last part presents a conclusion，that is，SCF will probablybe an important way of solving financing dififculty among SMEs in the currentsituation. The method of project risk management will bring benefit for theapplication of SCRThis paper is an applied research on SCF, thus has some practicality andinnovation.
