Business main objective has been profit maximization for a long time. This reallybrought economic prosperity for companies, but it also brought a large number of socialproblems, such as environment pollution, waste of energy, interest damage of consumersand ignorance of employees’ safety and so on. These social problems diversified businessobjectives and also make the public pay more and more attention on corporate socialresponsibility. Therefore, how to make companies take more responsibilities and disclosemore information related to social responsibility honestly is urgency.The previous research is for my reference, the author built the corporate socialresponsibility index to measure the level of information that companies disclosed. Theauthor wants to analysis the relationship between CSR information and the stock price anthe research focus on manufacturing listed companies. What’s more the author also givesome advice to change current situation. There are five parts in this thesis:Part1: Research background and contents. The author also define two main conceptsin this thesis.Part2: Previous research summary. This research summary includes both of internaland foreign. The author focuses on theoretical research and practical research.Part3: The theory related to social corporate responsibility. This part lays animportant foundation for following practical research.Part4: Practical analysis of relationship between social corporate responsibilityinformation and stock price.Part5: Research result and suggestions. The author summaries the main result of thepractical analysis. The author also gives some suggestions in order to improve the levelof social responsibility information that companies disclosed. |
