This paper mainly research in financial evaluation for xinjiang mobile GSM network expansion project.First, this paper introduces the background and significance of this study, it points out the xinjiang mobile GSM network expansion project financial evaluation of some problems existing in.In the second chapter focuses on the construction of the project financial evaluation theory and method, and combining with the actual situation of the xinjiang mobile analyzed mobile GSM network expansion project in xinjiang of financial evaluation theory and method.In the third chapter to the fifth ZhangCai with case analysis method from theory and practice terms of the combination of detailed introduces the xinjiang mobile GSM network of20the financial evaluation of the expansion project in the financial and comprehensive evaluation, USES the many kinds of method to calculate the cost of capital for moving in xinjiang, determined the benchmark rate of return of the project, which is put forward in this paper to solve the financial evaluation index basic value does not accord with the actual conditions of the xinjiang mobile; Use contrast method, have solved such as income apportionment method of the proposed project income redistribution calculation inaccurate problem; Use three methods to the project’s two scheme comparison and analysis, to decision makers provides a strong basis for decision-making; Adopted the tree method to analyze the net present value of the project financial risks, and put forward solutions.Finally, we suggest that the project financial evaluation and project assessment after together to analyze, to further improve project financial evaluation is scientific and accurate.
