| From the reconstructing of telecommunication industry in2008, the fierce competition among the telecommunication operators require them to offer the special and personal service. All the telecommunication operators hope to improve the core competiveness by running a stable marketing channel. The self-operating marketing channel plays an important role in marketing and service. However, the original operating model of the self-operating marketing channel cannot fit in the current market development. It is pretty urgent for halls to switch from cost-oriented to profit-oriented. So it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of the self-operating market.Firstly, this article focuses on the synthetically value evaluation model of the self-operating hall, and then explores how to build the benefit enhancing system by some important analysis and investigation.The system builds a closed-circle system by creating three steps:synthetically value evaluation, problem diagnosis and benefit enhancement. The synthetically value evaluation model is composed of three parts:the financial value, economic value and competition value. As to different values, we have different definitions and different marking methods.This model will be applied to different situations. For example, we can fully learn about the current finance and future trend of the self-operating halls. Additionally, we can analyze their profit and loss and then find out effective ways to improve it.By concluding some reasons of low-effectiveness, we will propose a series of methods to improve it. For example, the way of how to optimize its layout and how to promote employees.There are three achievements of this article. Firstly, this model is fully-quantified. Secondly, the reform of employee salary promotion system will be proposed. And thirdly, a series of effective methods to enhance its benefit are carried out.This system can be easily applied. The model is fully-quantified and suit for any self-operating and others-operating halls. This system, especially in which the salary promotion system and micro district marketing system, is highly suggested, as we know, not all telecommunication halls can make profit, so it is highly essential to build this system to increase the telecommunication operators’core competitiveness. |
