In2010, China has reelected the top status of the world’s automotive producing communitys, showing that Chinese automotive industry has become an important part of the automobile industry. However, the development level of Chinese automotive industry is worrying, mainly shown in something such as follows:being big but not strong enough, the whole strength being weak; being developing rapidly in the joint venture car prices and car-enterprise cooperation, while the sustainable development being still subject to the transnational automotives; cost-effective being too low and not yet forming any international competitiveness industrial concentration being constantly increasing, while the "scattered, chaotic, and small" phenomenon still existing;the patten of auto companies being"large and all""small and all"phenomenon being serious, and the degree of professional collaboration being low.One of them is that too large degree of vertical integration auto industry has become one of the important spearhead about automotive industry analysis from domestic scholars。The world automotive industry has once appeared a wave of large degree of vertical integration auto industry, for example, the world’s major automobile manufacturers Ford, GM and so on all have adopted a production mode of high degree of vertical integration. But as the changes of the automotive industry and the developments of science and technology, particularly the development of information technology, part of the auto companies have become to abandon the production mode of high degree of vertical integration since the60’s and70’s,and adopt a production mode of more flexible intermediary organization, mainly represented by Toyota of Japan. The intermediary organization of automotive industry has several concrete form, such as network organization, enterprise alliance, and so on. High degree of vertical integration among organizations and enterprises are essentially different, it is regulation of the trading relationship between enterprises, so the operating mechanism and enterprises are essentially different. In this paper, the automotive industry production chain organization and operation mechanism of the middle of that intermediary organizations operating mechanism includes members of the business to choose, leases were signed, business guidance, supervision and other aspects of business, and all were analyzed. Intermediary organizations and enterprises of different operating mechanisms, the potential risks they face and business, these risks mainly in opportunistic behavior and knowledge of the risks of the flow, and finally the middle of organization and operation of the proposed risk management recommendations. |
