Agriculture as the source of human food and clothing, the root of survival, it isbasic position of the existence and the development of industrial and other materialproduction department and all the material production department,and it is thenecessary conditions for its directly decided to national economic development. Chinais a large agricultural nation, which has1.3billion of people, more than half is therural population, the agricultural economic development has also become one of themain factors effect on our country’s economic development.In Since the centralcommittee of communist party of China written agriculture, countryside and farmersto the work report in2003and means’three rural issues’, the agricultural economydevelopment is also become the focus of attention. As a big agricultural province ofshandong, agricultural economic development has been as the top priority of the work,JiangDaMing work in2012, points out that ‘to promote the steady development ofagriculture, continuous increasing financial investment, promote the agriculturalscience and technology innovation, to take agriculture good harvest, promote therapid growth of farmers’ income. Rural labor education level has been an importantfactors influenced by agricultural economic development, the scholars analysis andagree the conclusion: rural labor education level correlation with agriculturaleconomy development, and emphasized that education labor can promote agriculturethrough the raise of the level of economic development.This paper first reviewed the ideas about the rural labor quality, rural education,education level and by workers in agricultural economy development of therelationship between the theories and the related literature from the domestic andforeign researchcomprehensive, then retrospected on China and shandong rural laboreducation condition by analysis, then based on shandong agricultural economicdevelopment level, through the selection of the relevant data about agriculturaleconomy, in through the two cointegration test, on the basis of shandong province cityaround region, take each area of shandong province is divided into five area, throughthe panel data model by the education level of farmers and agricultural economic development area correlation,and draw the different region agricultural economydevelopment of the rural labor education level by different conclusions. Finally,according to the correlation of the rural labor force in shandong province by educationlevel and the agricultural economy development, put forward to promote rural laboreducation policy suggestions in order to promote the development of agriculture inshandong province.This article through the data processing, from another angle to analyze theinfluences of rural labor force in shandong province by the education level ofagricultural economic, to help us better research of the current situation of thedevelopment of the farmers’ education in shandong province, be helpful for us tounstand the various process of position and function of rural education in shandongprovince in agricultural economy development, but also to the whole economicdevelopment of shandong province, and have the certain reference value to other areasnationwide who have similar studies.
