Classical decision theory under the premise of "reasonable person" Proposed various "best decision" approach to make the decision result more rational. The managers have to hold vast information to modeled everything in the process. However, with the competitive environment and less information, people have been aware that decision-making is not a pure reasoning process. Under the pressure of time and crisis, there are more intuitive factors in the decision-making process. At the same time, changes in the market is fast and Severe in this era.So the ability of keen insight and quick response for top Managers is very important.In this context, this paper results of previous studies conducted and analyzed, the source of the intuition generated, Summarizes the theoretical basis of intuitive decision-making. On this basis, a preliminary analysis of the factors that intuitive decision making executives, and through questionnaires in the form of an empirical study, and finally the use of statistical software SPSS17.0(Chinese Version) on the survey results were analyzed.This article is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter introduces the theoretical background of this research, practical background, purpose, meaning, content, methods and technical route, and intuitive business executives and business executives has defined the concept of decision-making; The second chapter reviews the international literature on intuitive decision-making and research, the empirical part of this paper lay the theoretical foundation; The third Chapter intuition two levels from the philosophy and psychology are explained, in order to unlock the intuition that shrouded in mystery layer, and then introduces the definition and characteristics of intuitive decision-making and intuitive decision-making from the physical point of view were analyzed; fourth chapter in the comprehensive study draws on the basis of previous scholars, business executives an overview of intuitive decision-making that may affect the ability of the factors; Fifth chapter is to introduce the entire survey research design, including study, research tools and research procedures and the pre-survey some of the results, etc.; sixth chapter is the detailed analysis of the results of empirical research, this final chapter is the conclusion of the study a statement, according to this study put forward several proposals themselves, and finally the innovation of this paper, the inadequacies and the prospects for further research.
