Abstract:In modern enterprise, the human is the most critical and core factor, thus the competition has been always the talent competition. Therefore, the incentives become increasingly important. Domestic enterprises, especially the traditional production-oriented enterprises, sometimes has limitation on understanding of the importance of the establishment of effective corporate incentive mechanism, which will lead the inefficiency of improvement of the management strategy. This situation applies to the Sodium sulphate industry businesses as well.Today we are in a global economic integrated world, the competition among enterprises are far beyond the geographic borders and cross-industry. Adding the impact from the current international economic environment, CM company is facing increasing competition on the market place. Despite CM adopted a series of strategic management adjustments, still along the production and operations, the enthusiasm, initiation and creativity of the employees did not get a good play. Many employees are satisfied with the current statuses and afraid to change. They stepped back when facing difficulties and challenges, or rather chose to leave. The company’s incentive program is quite be worried, and it somehow impacted on and limited the development of the company.This article is mainly based on modern enterprise management incentive theories such as Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, Herzberg’s two-factor theory, McClelland’s need for achievement theory, Adams’ equity theory, Vroom’s expectancy theory, Skinner’s reinforcement theory etc., through the on-site investigation and research on CM, to analyze the shortcomings of the current incentive strategies and it’s root causes, using the combination of theoretical and practical methods, to propose on incentive strategy solutions based on the findings. |
