Research On The Evaluation Of Innovation Utility Of Industrial Champion Based On Principal Component Analysis And Wavelet Analysis Method

Industry is the pillar industry in China’s economic development, industrial industry technology innovation activities are vital to our country’s economic development mode change and optimization of the economic structure upgrade. The comprehensive research and measure of the utility which created by industrial technology innovation activities is not only the premise of industry technology innovation activities, but also the purpose of industry technology innovation activities.Economic development mode emphasizes content not only the way of economic growth, but also including industrial structure, urban and rural structure, regional structure, resources and ecological environment etc. The current period is the key period of mode change in China’s economic development. The transformation of the industrial economy development mode of traditional appeared is very important on how to reasonably increase industrial development potential. We must think the problem of how to maintain a healthy development economic whose mode is changing, promoting continuously industrial prosperity and progress.Based on the utility technology innovation as the mainstream, this paper differentiates technology innovation and technology innovation, analyzes the similarities and differences of the effect of technology utility output and technology innovation. And we got the evaluation significance of the efficiency innovation evaluation into the technology innovation activities. Through the analysis of the technology innovation, this paper summarizes the utility system of technology innovation components. Through the analysis of Chinese industrial technology innovation and the present development situation of utility industry technology innovation utility, we summarize problems and opportunities of development of our country industry technology innovation activities.We analyzed the innovation utility evaluation result of37industries in our country by using the method of principal component analysis and wavelet neural analysis model. According to the results, we proclaim the difficult points of industry technology innovation utility at present. Then we analyze various ways to improve the utility of technology innovation from the views of government, industry and enterprise.
