With the rapid development of our economy, there has an increasing Insurance awareness in the heartof our citizens. Therefore, the attention to the insurance awareness has shifted from traditional property tolife insurance. Life insurance market has presented prosperous scenery. China life insurance as ourcountry’s largest insurance company has been in the leading position in the market. However, with theincreasing main sales of the insurance company, they have to face the fierce market competition and it istrue that the china insurance company has lost his the first place of the market share. How to improve corecompetitive force has been a problem which every China life insurance company at various levels has toface. On the basis of management experience, it should recognize the factors which have some certainimpact on company. It also should distinguish the advantage and disadvantage and put forward to improvestrategies so that improve their own competitiveness, which has already been to be an imperative situation.This paper will analyze the competitive of China branch life insurance Company in Harbin startingfrom this company’s cases. First of all, this paper will discuss this company’s internal and externalmanagement environment and the business situation of his competitors. Besides, Based on the analysisthe competitive of the insurance company, it further analyzes the current situation of Chinalife insurance-Harbin branch and then pose the existing questions on management. Moreover,this paper also recognizes and analysis step by step about this company’s core competitiveforce. At last, it proposes some improved strategies about the Harbin branch on the basis ofthe paper mentioned above and provide safe guard for the sustainable development. Becauseof some similarities compared with other same level’s branch company, this paper also hassome certain assist to these companies.
