Chengdu Bus Group Informatization Planning Study

The rapid development of IT greatly affects the transform and development of enterprise. The construction of informationization has become the necessary way for the enterprise to achieve the leapfrog development. It concluded the problems in the construction of informationization of Chengdu Public Transport Group and makes a construction of informationization planning of Chengdu Public Transport Group, it include goal analysis and setting of the informationization construction, information technology strategy, the overall structure, hierarchy, information technology standards, information technology, environmental construction, internal management information system construction, project planning and implementation planning of the public service platform for building and information etc. Finally, a brief discussion will be making for implementation of construction of informationization. The article has a guiding role for the construction informationization of the Chengdu Public Transport Group. And it has certain significance for the management and control of enterprise groups and standardized operations.
