With the rapid development of economy and society, various forms of numerousserious incidents of agricultural products’ safety have frequently been exposed. Foodis the basic of the people, safety is the basic of the food. Safety of agriculturalproducts is closely related to people’s daily life, which is not just an economic issuebut a political issue about social stability. With the continuous improvement of livingstandard, people’s health awareness has increasingly been strengthened, and thedemand of agricultural products’ safety has become higher, so green, organic andpollution-free has become the mainstream of agricultural development. On the basisof the traditional supply chain, How to strength awareness of environmentalprotection, run through the no waste， no pollution and no any side effect in rawmaterial procurement, production, sales, and reverse logistics, etc., which enableenterprises to maximize resource utilization, enable people to consume the green safeagricultural products，is an problem being taking serious and studied.Implementation of the green agricultural products’ supply chain can promote thedevelopment of the agricultural products healthily, exploit advantages of the leadingagricultural enterprises combine the market and the farmers, build a " bibcock+base+farmer " mode, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the agriculturalproduction, improve the value-added products in all aspects of agricultural production,transport, minimize pollution, protect the safety issues of agricultural products,combine small-scale farm households with the leading enterprises to exploreindustrial radiation, promote the development of the agricultural industrialization. Thethesis is based on the natural attributes of the agricultural products, pointing out thatthe green agricultural products’ supply chain operation mode.According to practicalexperience in Anchang Town, this essay comprehensively analyses the points of greenagricultural products’ supply chain， based on the analysis of the poultry industrydevelopment in Anchang Town， compared with the theoretical basis of the greenagricultural products’ supply chain management.The practice has proved that, withthe guide of the Government and based on farmers, enterprises develop poultry industry without the green agricultural products’ supply chain, which is playing animportant role in the economy and society.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction. Itintroduces the research background and significance of the green agriculturalproducts’ supply chain, the green supply chain research and the status of theagricultural safety supervision, and describes the main content of this article. Thesecond part is the theoretical basis. It systematically describes the green agriculturalproducts’ supply chain, the main problems in China’s green agricultural products’supply chain, as well as the need for the implementation of green agriculturalproducts’ supply chain management. The third part describes the operation mode ofthe green agricultural products’ supply chain, including the security risks of the mainpoints in the agricultural products’ supply chain, and the specific aspects of the greenagricultural products’ supply chain mode. The fourth part is the main part of thisarticle. It takes the development of poultry and poultry industry in Anchang Town forexample.On the basis of the poultry industry in Anchang Town; it analyzes all aspectsof the green supply chain and gives opinions about accelerating the green supplychain development of the poultry. The fifth sector is the conclusion of the paper. Itgives Policy Implications to promote the green agricultural products’ supply chainmanagement on the theory and practice.
