As a financial forensics, audit, and control means dominated by the internal auditorwithin the enterprise to reduce operational risks and ensure the effective implementation ofinternal business process so as to achieve the strategic goals and business objectives of thecompany, internal audit is an important part of modern enterprise system of internal control.Through the implementation of an effective internal audit system, the company can betteridentify the defects of its own internal processes in the internal control process to improvetheir processes practice effectively in a targeted manner, and to get more informationcollected through internal audit for good external audit results, thereby enhancing thereputation of the enterprises in the external market for enterprises to get a better supply ofresources.With the development of the theory of internal audit, value-added internal audit, theimplementation of internal audit which will bring to the enterprise value of newvalue-added audit theory has been widespread concern in the academic community. For thecontradiction of the principle of audit independence and the interests of value-added auditinspection perspective is still difficult to reconcile, but with the future development of thepractice of internal audit, internal audit can provide a value-added role of inspection willbe an important issue in academic research.With the discussion of the value-added features of the enterprise value brought by theinternal audit, internal audit can reduce the operational risk of the operation to ensure theinternal normative process, deviate from the business objectives and business interests tomaximize the correction of violations that may exist on the internal operations activities tobring the added value by the correction of violations, provide a reliable audit basis ofdetailed data obtained by the internal audit so that to provide information and evidence foran outside company to reduce the cost of external audit and audit pricing, and thus alsoreduce external audit expenses, disclosure of internal audit results so as to enhanceconfidence for corporate in the market and thereby to obtain more efficient financing byimproving the external reputation. Through a comprehensive normative study the thesispointed out that the specific circumstances of the enterprise value-added audit in China’seconomic environment and the obstacles to implementation of value-added internal auditin China, designing improvements can be used to implement value-added internal audit inChina.Finally, by taking the XX company as a case study sample, the thesis analyze theinternal audit weaknesses through analysis of XX company’s internal audit system, and analyze the internal audit problems in XX multinational companies, the thesis point outthe direction of the internal audit improvement in XX company from a theoretical point ofview, making some proposals for the effective implementation of internal audit in XXcompany to enhance its enterprise value.
