An Empirical Study On The Effects Of Industrial Structure On Economic Growth In Anhui Province:the Perspctive Of Rationalization And Optimization

The relationship between economic growth and industrial structure is the research focus of the scholars both at home and abroad. With the process of economic growth, changes of industrial structure are an eternal topic. The historical experience of the developed countries suggests that in the early stages of the developing economy, especially in the early stages of the high speed development industry, production efficiency tends to be low, the environmental pollution tends to be serious, and the mode of economic growth was mainly extensive growth. Along with the progress of the society and the promotion of productivity, we came to focus on economic growth mode and tried to change it, however, the transformation of economic growth mode is inseparable with the changes of industrial structure. With the industrial structure come to be more reasonable step by step, economic growth will rise with a sound track, consequently, people begin to pay close attention to the upgrading of industrial structure. Since the reform and open policy, our economy has been developed rapidly, and the people’s living standards have improved greatly. However, along with the reform, the deep contradictions the investment structure unreasonable and extensive growth mode gradually revealed. Therefore, we need to adjust the industrial structure to keep sustainable economic development.Recently, the economy of Anhui Province develops rapidly which is inseparable with the police got from the state. Anhui province is now into the key period of industrial structure adjustment; the adjustment of industrial structure in Anhui province has a direct influence on the regional economic development, but also related to national central rise strategy and the duty to transfer the industry from the long triangle. In reference to previous research results, we analysis of the influence of economic growth from industry rationalization and industry optimization, and then discusses the influence factors of the industry rationalization and industry optimization, try to give relevant suggestions to the industrial structure optimization of Anhui province.This mainly contents as follows:Firstly, we introduced macro economic development in Anhui province and the characteristics of modification of the industrial structure, results showed that: economy grows sustainably in Anhui province in nearly20years, under the guidance of the national policies, second industry has developed rapidly, contributes greatly to the growth of GDP, the upgrading of the industrial structure tends to be obvious, Then, introduces the status of the industry rationalization and industry optimization in Anhui province.The second part is the empirical research discusses the relationship between economic growth and the industry rationalization and industry optimization through the measurement model, the result shows that the industry rationalization and industry optimization have significant positive impact on economic growth. Through the study, this paper concluded that the rationalization and optimization of industrial structure have a positive impact on economic. Improving the rationalization and optimization of industrial structure in Anhui contributes to local economy. Policy support, the consumption structure, foreign trade and foreign capital introduction have certain influence on the optimization of industry. Moreover, science and technology level, demand structure and inputs are the main factors that influence the rationalization of industrial structure.Thirdly, we give some suggestions according to this paper as follows: Improving the level of the industry rationalization and industry optimization will contribute to the local economy in Anhui province. We should pay more attention to the government policy guidance, scientific, and the scale of third industry which will also contribute to the steady development of local economy.
