With economic globalization and information era, the market is becomingincreasingly fierce competition in the face of tough market competition, an enterprisein order to gain competitive advantages and to seek survival and development, SomeBrand try to do transnational operation. But as a multi-national corporation, Focus arenot only markets and margin, but also business line/employee/locations.How toachieve the goals with so much problems? How to improve its overall efficiency andperformance? Practice has proved an effective way to improve performance is toconduct performance management.Key performance index management method and Balance Scorecard are goodtools for improve brand’s performance. They have a wide range of applications incompany management. CW is Canadian Multi-national Corporation. Major businessis excellent seafood. CW builds some representative offices for sales and processing.In China, CW set offices in Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou/Qingdao. CW use KPI andBSC for its performance management system. It is key business for HR department tomeasure and control every department performance,especially several representativeoffice. Through the performance management can help companies achieve theirsustainable development performance; to promote the formation of a moreperformance-oriented corporate culture; motivate staff and make their work moreinputs; encourage employees to develop their potential and improve their jobsatisfaction; enhanced team cohesion, improving team performance; throughcontinuous communication and exchange of work, development of staff and themanager of the constructive and open relationship, to the employees to express theiraspirations and expectations of work opportunities. Therefore, performancemanagement has become a modern enterprise management and human resourcesmanagement, a core issue. It is very important for CW corporation.In view of the importance of performance management and CW corporateperformance management problems and deficiencies, this article from the basis ofperformance management theory, combined with the actual CW corporation, itshuman resource management and performance management of the current situationanalysis and diagnosis, On this basis, to explore how to use performance managementtheory to guide the design of performance management systems and practices.This mainly consists of four parts: The first part is an overview of performancemanagement, from the performance, performance management theory literatureproceed to explain the performance, performance management, performancemanagement systems concepts and theoretical basis. This part of the performancemanagement system is designed for theoretical basis. The second section describes thestatus of CW corporation, its human resource management and performancemanagement situation analysis, identify existing problems, the next step in a targetedmanner in order to design performance management system. The third part is the firstof two parts, based on the combined company’s actual CW to design CW performance management system. The fourth part is the performance management system,performance evaluation, summed up the problems in order to improve and perfect,and further performance management results.
